Fruit and Vegetable Cough Colds Prevention - Cough and cold illnesses are easily attacked. 2. Broccoli
In broccoli contains nutrients that enhance the body immunity. Entering the broccoli in the daily diet will be very beneficial for health. Broccoli is also rich in vitamin C which protect from the flu and viral infections.

Broccoli contains beta-carotene is an important role in disease prevention. Dark green vegetables are a good source of iron. Iron is needed for supporting production of white blood cells and antibodies.

3. Cabbage

6. Garlic
Sulfur contained in garlic to keep the blood to remain healthy, and able to fight bacteria and get rid of the virus. Garlic acts as a protector on the respiratory system, also helps reduce the formation of mucus.

7. Ginger
A kind of spice that gives a sense of warmth to the body. Ginger has dimemarkan and mixed with warm water will help relieve cough. Effects of ginger which is an expectorant or remove phlegm and relieve nasal decongestants or clogged.

8. Honey
Alloys of lemon with honey is useful to overcome cough. According to Prof. Peter C. Molan, Ph.D., researchers from The University of Waikato, New Zealand, honey also has anti-inflammatory component that can overcome a sore throat.

9. Orange
Citrus fruit that is high enough to provide antioxidants and phytonutrients that can fight viral infections. Flavonoid found in oranges, the kind of antioxidants and in synergy to work together with vitamin C to enhance the body's protection against free radicals.

10. Leaf letuce
Letuce dark green leaves contain a number of good nutrition. In general, the letuce contained beta-carotene, folic acid, and vitamin C.

11. Lemon
